اعتبارا من يوم 2 ابريل 2002 سوف يقوم موقع الاستضافة المجانية جيوسيتيز geocities
بوقف خدمة الريموت لودنق Remote Loading
و هذا معناه ايقاف خدمة عرض ملفات المشتركين في مواقع اخرى
يعني بالعربي...اللي عنده توقيع صورة او فلاش على الجيوسيتيز ما عاد بتطلع...
و اليكم نص الرسالة كما وردتني:
GeoCities Service Changes
Beginning April 2, 2002, we will no longer be offering Remote Loading or FTP as part of our free home page service. (Remote loading is linking images and other files to external web sites -- such as auction sites.) You will be able to continue remote loading to other Yahoo! web sites -- such as Yahoo! Auctions and GeoCities homepages.
Please note that Premium Members will not be affected by this change in service and may continue to remote load and use FTP services after April 2. Free members interested in continuing these services are encouraged to consider our premium packages. All packages include remote loading of images, FTP access, ad-free pages, and much more. Packages start at just $4.95/month (plus a one-time setup fee).
